Orders placed by 5 PM during the week will be shipped out the following day. However, due to the recent increase in order volume, there may be a slight delay of 1-3 days in shipping, depending on various circumstances.


Can I personally pick up my order?

To prioritize security, we do not offer direct product pick-up or locker services. Also, please note that the shipping address cannot be changed once the shipment is fulfilled.


Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once our forwarding team fulfills your shipment, a tracking number will automatically be generated. You will receive an email containing your tracking number for easy order tracking.


Can I exchange my order?

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps: return the original item following our return policy. Then, proceed to place a new order. The first order will be refunded based on our return policy guidelines.
