This is an official notice from Koreatech, the operator of YLESS.
Due to internal operational and business considerations, we regret to inform you that the YLESS shopping mall service will be permanently discontinued on March 27, 2026.
This notice includes information required under applicable laws and regulations.
Please note that all times listed below are based on Korea Standard Time (KST, UTC+9).
1. Service Termination Schedule
After the dates above, new orders, exchange/return requests, and customer inquiries may no longer be accepted.
2. Handling of Pending Orders and Unused Benefits
1) Paid Orders Not Yet Shipped
If inventory cannot be secured, a full refund will be issued.
2) Exchange and Return Requests
Requests will only be processed if submitted within the legally permitted withdrawal period from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after the service termination date may not be processed.
3) Points, Coupons, and Other Benefits
Points, coupons, and other benefits available on the website may become unavailable after the service termination.
The handling of unused benefits will be determined in accordance with the applicable terms of service and relevant laws.
3. After-Sales Service
Products eligible for manufacturer warranty or after-sales service will follow the respective manufacturer’s policy.
Company-provided support services will no longer be available after the customer support closure date.
4. Personal Data Protection
Personal information retained by the company will be securely deleted after the legally required retention period in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Records that must be retained by law (such as transaction records) will be stored separately for the required period.
No new personal data will be collected after the service termination.
5. Settlement of Rights and Obligations
Any legal rights and obligations established before the date of this notice will be settled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Matters related to separate agreements (such as with partners or suppliers) will follow the respective contractual terms.
6. Important Notice
The company’s liability may be limited within the scope of applicable laws in cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters, logistics disruptions, or financial institution issues.
Please be aware of potential fraud or impersonation by third parties after the service termination.
